About the Game

Resonight is a minimalist puzzle-platformer set in complete darkness.

You navigate an unseen environment using echolocation, revealing the world through sound waves. Every movement is a risk, and every decision matters—visibility is temporary, and time is limited.

Objective: Reach the exit, avoid hidden dangers, and survive using only sound.

Murci is the central character of Resonight.

Derived from “murciélago” (Spanish for bat), inspired by the bat’s use of echolocation

Murci does not see in the traditional sense—he interprets sound as vision, turning echoes into brief glimpses of reality.

Gameplay

Navigate a world you cannot see. Use movement, timing, and sound to survive.

Controls and Action

Move left and right to explore the level

Jump across unseen platforms

Press E to trigger Ping (echolocation) and reveal nearby objects

Each ping costs 2 seconds, limiting how often you can use it

Objectives

Reach the exit before the 30-second timer runs out

Avoid hidden spikes and hazards

Collect pickups to gain extra time or lives
